These terms apply to PineMode, a productivity app operated by NANOVERSE TECH LTD (Company No. 15203022), 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. By downloading or using PineMode, you agree to these terms and the Apple Standard EULA described below.
Using PineMode
PineMode is licensed for personal, lawful use. It is a focus and motivation tool, not a health product, medical device, diagnosis, treatment, or substitute for professional medical advice.
Premium subscriptions
PineMode offers weekly, monthly, and yearly auto-renewing Premium subscriptions. Before confirmation, the in-app purchase screen shows the subscription name, duration, included features, full localized renewal price, and any applicable trial. Prices and taxes can vary by App Store region; the purchase screen is the source of truth.
Free trial
Eligible users may receive a seven-day free trial with the yearly plan. Eligibility and current trial terms are shown before purchase. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, it converts to the paid yearly subscription shown on the purchase screen.
Renewal, billing, cancellation, and refunds
Payment is charged to your Apple Account. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and the renewal charge is made within 24 hours before that period ends. Manage or cancel it under Settings ▸ Apple Account ▸ Subscriptions. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its policies and applicable law. PineMode does not offer web checkout.
Restoring purchases
Use Settings ▸ Restore Purchases while signed in with the Apple Account used for purchase. A valid entitlement can be restored on a compatible device.
Local progress and deletion
Companion progress, sessions, streaks, plans, and settings are stored locally. Deleting PineMode or resetting its data may permanently remove that progress. A subscription can be restored, but local progress cannot. Removing local data does not cancel an App Store subscription.
License and intellectual property
PineMode and its artwork, software, sounds, and content are owned by or licensed to NANOVERSE TECH LTD. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute, sublicense, or misuse the app except where applicable law expressly permits.
Apple Standard EULA
PineMode uses Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. No separate Custom EULA is provided in App Store Connect. These PineMode terms supplement the Standard EULA; if there is a conflict, mandatory law and the applicable Apple terms prevail.
Availability, warranty, and consumer rights
PineMode is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. Features may change, and uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
