These Terms of Use govern your use of Lyora, operated by NANOVERSE TECH LTD. By using Lyora, you agree to these terms and the Lyora Privacy Policy.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 and meet the digital-consent age in your country. If you are not legally able to enter into these terms, a parent or legal guardian must agree for you. Paid features may require an adult account holder.
Your images and permissions
You retain your rights in images you upload. You grant NanoVerse Tech and its service providers a limited license to host, copy, moderate, transform and process those images only to operate Lyora, generate requested outputs, prevent abuse and provide support. You must own the images or have all necessary permission from every person shown. Do not upload a child’s image without lawful parental or guardian authority.
Generated content
Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use and share your generated portraits for personal purposes. AI output may be similar to output created for others, may not preserve likeness perfectly and may contain mistakes or unexpected details. You are responsible for reviewing output before publishing or relying on it.
Prohibited content and conduct
You must not upload or request unlawful, sexually explicit, exploitative, hateful, harassing, violent, deceptive or rights-infringing content; impersonate or harm another person; create non-consensual intimate imagery; evade safety controls; automate abusive requests; disrupt the service; or reverse engineer or resell Lyora. We may reject, remove, report or preserve evidence of prohibited activity where legally required.
Accounts and deletion
Lyora may begin with an anonymous account and allow Sign in with Apple later. You are responsible for protecting access to your device and account. Anonymous balances or content may be lost if the app is removed before the account is upgraded. You may delete portraits and use the in-app account deletion feature.
Subscriptions, limits and purchases
Plans may include weekly generation limits, premium styles, HD exports or consumable generation packs. Current price, allowance, renewal and trial information is shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple account settings. Generation attempts may consume an allowance as disclosed; failed or moderation-rejected jobs are handled under the in-app allowance rules. Refunds are administered under Apple’s policies and applicable law.
Service availability
Portrait generation requires internet access and third-party AI services. Processing time and output quality vary. We may change models, providers, styles, limits, pricing or features; suspend jobs for safety or capacity; or discontinue features with notice where required.
Intellectual property
Lyora’s software, brand, interface, templates and original assets belong to NanoVerse Tech or its licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the app in accordance with these terms.
Disclaimer and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lyora is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, a particular artistic result, exact identity preservation or suitability for professional decisions. NanoVerse Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, lost content or unauthorized use caused by your sharing or account security. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Termination
You may stop using Lyora at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for material breach, safety abuse, fraud, legal requirements or risk to the service. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
Apple terms
Apple is not responsible for Lyora or its support. Use of the iOS version is also subject to Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement where applicable: Apple Standard EULA.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear disputes.
