Zumi’s Animal World · Color & Discover is designed with children’s privacy in mind. The app follows a COPPA-conscious approach and is built to be safe, simple, and transparent for families.
Information we collect
Zumi does not collect, store, share, or sell personal information from children or parents during normal app use.
How the app works
Zumi works fully offline. The app does not require account creation, internet connectivity, third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or behavioral tracking tools.
Premium access
Premium animal packs can be unlocked through a one-time in-app purchase handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on the device platform. Access to purchase options is protected by a parental gate intended for adults.
Support contact
If a parent contacts Nanoverse Tech for support, we receive only the information voluntarily included in the message, such as an email address and the support request itself. We use that information only to respond to the request.
Retention and deletion
Because Zumi does not collect personal information during normal app use, there is no child account or in-app profile data for Nanoverse Tech to retain or delete. If a parent emails support, that correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably needed to answer the request, maintain basic support records, or comply with legal obligations, and is then deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.
Security
Nanoverse Tech uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect any support emails or related records that parents choose to send to us.
